FAQ

A heated coat uses built-in heating elements powered by a rechargeable power bank to warm your body. Most models offer multiple heat settings, making them ideal for outdoor workers, hikers, and anyone who feels the cold.

Yes. They run on low-voltage batteries with built-in overheat protection. Simply follow the manufacturer's instructions, and avoid sleeping in the vest or washing it with the battery attached.

It depends on the coat. Many heated jackets are water-resistant and handle light rain or snow, but few are fully waterproof. Always check our key features before wearing yours in wet conditions.

For heavy rain, layer a waterproof shell over the top to protect the heating elements and battery.

Battery life depends on the heat setting. On the lowest setting, most heated puffer jackets provide 8 hours of continuous warmth per charge, while higher settings use more power and last a shorter time.
